Irma made landfall on Cuba Late Friday night and continues its western track along Cuba. By all accounts Cat Island has been spared the destruction caused by Irma in the windward islands to the southeast of Puerto Rico. Our prayers continue with everyone in the Caribbean. PCBC sent a short video this morning, Saturday the 9th, showing the wave action on the beach. Other than tropical storm winds and intermittent power outages, all seems well on Cat. This morning’s satellite image is at the bottom of this page.

Leslie from PCBC sent a short video of the wave action on the beach at Pigeon Cay.
