We’ve been told that the price we set is very low and we want you to know that it is not at all our intention to undermine property values on Pigeon Cay. We know how much you’ve all invested in this beautiful community! It was Mom’s home for nearly 20 years and she felt great pride in her house and her slice of the beach. Yet, a myriad of heart-wrenching circumstances compel us to move forward in this manor. We trust you understand.
