I want to assure you that yes, I am handling the reception and disbursement of funds for the road improvements and repairs project described in an earlier email from Ned. I’ve reviewed the plans and budget and they are in line with what the road needs. Ned is not taking any of the funds for managing the project and has committed PCBC to cover the shortfall should the project costs run over or not all lot owners participate.
