Paragraph 18 of Pigeon Cay’s CRS’s includes the provision for all property owners to share in the maintenance of our road. I posted a page with the Conditions, Restrictions and Stipulations for all property owners so you can access those for ready reference.
There is now a password protected page on PigeonCay.org that provides a listing of property owners by lot numbers, which needs some updating, so if you have any information please send it along. The password to access this page is case sensitive ‘pigeoncay3542000’ without the quote marks. Only verified property owners will be given this password, so please safeguard this email to protect everyone’s privacy.
